Amenities and Facilities

Is there a gym, pool, or common area?

Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a resort-style swimming pool and fitness center, along with shared community spaces such as a clubhouse and outdoor gathering areas designed for relaxation, recreation, and socializing. Please contact the leasing office for more information about our community amenities.

Are there ceiling fans?

Yes, ceiling fans are included in select apartment homes, located in all rooms. For information regarding apartment home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

What appliances are included?

All apartment homes will include the following appliances: dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there bike storage available on the property?

No

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required. For details, please contact our leasing office.

Are short-term leases available?

Yes. Available lease terms offered at this community include short-term options. Please contact the leasing office for specific lease term details.

What is the length of the lease?

Available lease terms offered at this community varies.

How much notice is needed before moving out?

All leases require a 60 day notice to vacate. Please contact leasing office for additional questions.

What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Who manages this community?

This community is professionally managed by Willow Bridge Property Company, a full-service multifamily real estate management and development company. Is there guest parking available?

Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in the general parking lot at no additional cost, and no permits or fees are required. Parking is first come first serve. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is no more than 2 occupants per bedroom. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?

While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.

How do I report a noise complaint?

Contact our answering service to be transferred to on site courtesy officers

Are there quiet hours in the community?

Our community observes quiet hours from 10pm-7am

What is the smoking policy?

Our community and apartments follow a restricted smoking policy to support a clean and healthy living environment.

Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?

Yes, our community is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday services in the surrounding area. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby shopping, dining, and local services.

Do you host resident events? If so, what types?

Yes, our community hosts at least 1 monthly resident event per month, as well as weekly yoga classes and other community inspired gatherings.

Is there in-unit laundry?

All apartment homes in the community include in-home laundry appliances. For more information regarding our apartment home features, please visit our Features & Amenities page, or contact the leasing office.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Our guest policy is tenants are responsible for guests. No guests should stay more than 10 nights consecutively without being considered a resident who would need to apply and be approved to be added to lease. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.

Fees and Payments

Is there a resident referral program?

Our community does not offer a resident referral program at this time.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?

No, we do not offer a preferred employer discount program at this time at our community.

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 6th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?

Monthly fees include valet trash, pest control, internet, and water

What utility companies do you use?

Our community utilizes Duke Energy and Greenville Water. Residents are responsible for setting up their electric service with Duke Energy prior to move-in.

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

$200 up to first full month

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes. $75 app fee per person, one time admin fee of $200

Maintenance and Requests

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

We have an onsite maintenance team, and they are available after hours for emergencies.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

How do I apply for an apartment?

You may apply online by visiting https://www.livenorthbrook.com. Please contact the leasing office for additional questions.

Parking

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include parking lot, garage spaces available for add on for additional monthly fees, and are based on availability. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Pets

Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

We are a pet-friendly community; breed restrictions and additional fees may apply. More information regarding the associated costs and breed restrictions, please review our pet policy, or contact the leasing office today. (Link to pet policy on website).

What onsite amenities do you offer to accommodate pets?

Pet park, pet spa, pet waste stations

What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?

Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Including, but not limited to: Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Gelbian Malanois, St. Bernard. Breed list may change at management’s discretion.

Do you allow pets in the apartments?

Yes. Up to two pets
